Founded in 2002, the successful Bossa group has a legacy of 23 successful years in the Steakhouse and bar industry. Pieter van der Westhuizen and his partners Braam Swart and Savva Savvas wanted to establish an authentic and elegant restaurant emphasising the rich heritage and tradition of the nostalgic but exclusive American steakhouse, hence the creation of Jackson & Black.
